A finance CRM that brings customers, invoices, revenue and client notes into one secure workspace.

Small businesses juggle spreadsheets, invoicing tools, email threads and manual notes. Information is scattered, hard to manage and error-prone — there was no single place to see customers, invoices and revenue together, securely per organisation.
A full-stack finance CRM built as a complete product: its own identity and design system, responsive landing and application pages, secure registration and login, organisation-based workspaces, and complete customer, invoice and notes workflows.
A live, responsive finance CRM with secure authentication, organisation-based data isolation and end-to-end customer and invoice management — taken from concept and design through to full-stack development and production deployment.
I developed Ledgerly as a complete product rather than a collection of dashboard screens. I defined the product identity, created the design system, designed responsive landing and application pages, built reusable components, and expanded the database to support customer notes and organisation ownership.
On the engineering side, I implemented authentication, registration, multi-tenancy, server-side ownership checks and responsive navigation.
Ledgerly includes secure registration and login, organisation-based workspaces, customer and invoice management, customer notes, invoice search and filtering, paid and pending revenue tracking, and dashboard summaries.
The interface uses a professional finance-focused design system: deep navy, emerald green, soft slate backgrounds, white card surfaces, Inter typography, and reusable buttons, forms, tables, badges and navigation components.
Built with Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, PostgreSQL, Neon, Auth.js, Zod, Server Actions, Vercel, Git and GitHub.
